ALWAYS WEAR MOISTURIZER OVER FACIAL OILS

ALWAYS WEAR MOISTURIZER OVER FACIAL OILS | skipping moisturizer every time you use a facial oil can actually cause low-level inflammation over time. the longer your skin is inflamed the more long term damage you can cause...basically aging your skin. most face oils are loaded in fatty acids and skip the other lipids your skin needs. @youglowgal

  1. Can you please explain this a bit more? I made the shift to oils for all my moisturising (face, body and hair treatment) almost two years ago now. My skin and hair have never felt and looked better! Now I’m worried, eeek!

    1. I have a post that goes into more detail here. I would say layering your oil over a moisturizer isn’t 100% correct, it could also go underneath but your skin needs more than fatty acids. Let me know if you have any other questions!
